FIRST TEAM PRACTICE

Wednesday, July 7th, 2010
7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

J. J. Biello Park
610 Dru Cameron Dr., Woodstock, GA  30188
(entrance off of Arnold Mill Rd.)

REGISTRATION:

  • ALL ATHLETES MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO JULY 7th NO MATTER WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT THEY ARE USING. This is the new procedure for Crown Athletics, even if you already gave a check to Millie Hughes, all athletes must be registered online.
  • Registration fees must be paid by July 7th or there will be a $20 late fee added.  Currently registration fees are $150.00.  Uniform fees are not included in that amount.  Uniforms are $90.  If you are in need of only one part of the uniform, e-mail me, and I will get you pricing.

UNIFORMS:

  • If you are a returning athlete, you need to check your uniform to see if it still fits.  Notify me ASAP if you need to order new shorts, jersey or both so you will be added to my uniform order.  I plan on ordering uniforms on June 30th.
  • If you plan on selling all or part of your uniform, let me know ASAP, and I will keep a list for interested buyers.
  • If you are a new athlete and I have not received your sizes, I will need that ASAP.
  • I will send out my list of uniforms to order to everyone two days before I order.  Please verify that I have your name on the list and correct sizes.
  • Uniform fees are $90.00.  If you need only part of a uniform, e-mail me, and I will get pricing.
  • Uniform fees must be paid prior to receiving your uniform.

ALL ATHLETES:

All athletes must provide a copy of their birth certificate, their letter of intent to homeschool and their insurance card.  The birth certificate and letter of intent are required by ACCE to show proof of age and homeschooling.  The insurance card is kept with your emergency form.  All this information must be supplied to Millie Hughes before meets begin.  Your athlete may not run in any meet until we have their paperwork.

SENIORS:

All seniors must complete a Senior Exit Form for Crown Athletics.  This is to verify that a senior is still eligible to compete under Crown Athletics’ guidelines.  This is due the first day of team practice.

If there are any questions, shoot me an e-mail.  Otherwise we will see you at the first team practice.  If you are not able to attend practice, you must notify Coach Brummel at 678-949-4794 to receive instructions for running independently.
